Platinum Sponsorship:  $1,000.00

1. Platinum Sponsor logos will be printed on a large banner sign that is displayed in the Black Forest Festival Parade. *
2. Sponsor logo and sponsorship level to be included in large hanging banner displayed outside Black Forest Community Center during festival. * Sponsorship banners will be displayed from the peak of the Backyard Pavillion after the festival.
3. Sponsor will be recognized as a Platinum sponsor on the festival website (WeAreBlackForest.com); recognition will include a sponsor profile with a link back to sponsor website and/or Facebook page.
4. Sponsor to be recognized as Platinum Sponsor on the 2025 Black Forest Festival Facebook Event.
5. Platinum Sponsors will be promoted on the Black Forest Festival & More Facebook page (2,000+ followers). Platinum Sponsors will receive four (4) dedicated Facebook posts leading up to the festival. Content and schedule will be determined jointly between sponsor and the sponsorship liaison.
6. Platinum Sponsors will be promoted during the festival by EmCee and/or Festival Entertainment shoutouts.
7. Platinum Sponsors will be advertised in the Black Forest Community Club newsletter – select one month from July, Aug, Sept (for available advertising space, first come first issue timing selection).
8. Platinum Sponsor may elect to receive a complimentary standard booth during the festival exhibit hours. **
9. Platinum Sponsor will receive a framed 2025 festival picture to proudly display in their place of business

Gold Sponsorship:  $600.00 

1. Sponsor logo and sponsorship level to be included in large hanging banner displayed outside Black Forest Community Center during festival. * 
2. Sponsor will be recognized as a Gold sponsor on the festival website (WeAreBlackForest.com); recognition will include a sponsor profile with a link back to sponsor website and/or Facebook page.
3. Sponsor to be recognized as Gold Sponsor on the 2025 Black Forest Festival Facebook Event.
4. Gold Sponsors will be promoted on the Black Forest Festival & More Facebook page (2,000+ followers). Gold Sponsors will receive two (2) dedicated Facebook posts leading up to the festival. Content and schedule will be determined jointly between sponsor and the sponsorship liaison.
5. Gold Sponsors may elect to receive a complimentary standard booth during the festival exhibit hours. **
6. Each Gold Sponsor will receive a framed festival picture to proudly display in their place of business.

Silver Sponsorship:  $400.00

• Sponsor will be recognized as a Silver sponsor on the festival website (WeAreBlackForest.com); recognition will include a sponsor profile with a link back to sponsor website and/or Facebook page. *
• Sponsor to be recognized as Silver Sponsor on the 2025 Black Forest Festival Facebook Event.
• Silver Sponsors will be promoted on the Black Forest Festival & More Facebook page (2,000+ followers). Silver Sponsors will receive one (1) dedicated Facebook post leading up to the festival. Content and schedule will be determined jointly between sponsor and sponsorship liaison.

Bronze Sponsorship:  $200.00

1. Sponsor logo and sponsorship level to be included in large hanging banner displayed outside Black Forest Community Center during festival. *
2. Sponsor will be recognized as a Bronze sponsor on the festival website (WeAreBlackForest.com); recognition will include a sponsor profile with a link back to sponsor website and/or Facebook page.
3. Sponsor to be recognized as Bronze Sponsor on the 2025 Black Forest Festival Facebook Event.

*Sponsorship level must be determined, paid, and business logo submitted by June 15, 2024, to allow time for design and printing.
