Your Guide to the 2025 Black Forest Festival

Let the forest wake with flavor, music, and community! The 2025 Black Forest Festival kicks off bright and early in the Community Center parking lot with breakfast by our beloved Boy Scout Troop 70. Enjoy pancakes, eggs, sausage, coffee, and OJ—made with love and served with smiles. Donations are appreciated. A Special Thanks to Our Breakfast Sponsors:

From sunup to the last encore, festival live music starts at 6:30 AM and keeps the energy flowing all day!
6:30–8:15 AM · The Ghost of Cash
Classic country, easy rock, and beloved hits of the ’60s–’80s at the Log School Pavilion, pausing for the Flag Raising Ceremony at 6:30 AM by Troop 70.
8:00 AM–Parade · Paul-David Almond
Americana, blues & folk from this soulful storyteller at the Backyard Western Storefront.
8:30 AM–Parade · Bare Bones Trombone Quartet
Enjoy vibrant brass harmonies at the Log School Pavilion, perfect for all ages!
10:30 AM · Parade Kickoff
Pine Creek High School A Acappella Choir performs the National Anthem with harmony and heart. This year’s parade is stacked with school pride, classic cars, horses, tractors and of course lots of candy for the children. It will start at 10:30 AM and moved west on Shoup, round the corner at Black Forest and then head North past the Community Center.

At the Backyard Beer Garden, smile through acoustic rock, country, and pop—Monument’s favorite band brings the groove!

Festival Central
Find it all at the Black Forest Community Club Parking Lot. This year the park lot is brimming with non-profits and demonstration booths. You will also find our Community Center booth with:

Parking and Shuttles
The festival has increased the number of available shuttles. Attendees are encouraged to park in designated lots and utilize shuttle services for more efficient access to the event. We extend our gratitude to Mountain View Café for their sponsorship of festival transportation. Their valuable support enables Special Kids Special Families shuttles and Academy District 20 buses to provide attendees with a safe and reliable means of traveling to the festival this year.
